It is my passion to instill hope and provide tools to assist people in creating the life they yearn for. My greatest privilege is to be present with someone during moments of vulnerability and growth and to be a witness to a part of their journey. This requires a high level of trust, which is achieved through mutual respect, communication, and non-judgement.
As we move along the therapeutic process, there will be moments of pain and difficulty. Change and healing often feel scary and uncertain. It is in these moments that we will draw upon the trust that was built to sit with the discomfort together.
