A Message from Erica to Potential Clients

“Life sometimes has us feeling burnt out, used up, and exhausted. We feel so overwhelmed that we are unclear about what we want or are having difficulty pursuing it. We might feel lost and blame ourselves for our own hurt or insecurities. It can be scary to put yourself first and begin the process of seeking support, especially if you sometimes feel that you don’t deserve it. 


Therapy is a place where you can share what’s on your mind, find your voice, and let go of self-blame or shame. It can also help you learn how to set healthy boundaries so you can take better care of yourself and feel more energized. Together, we can explore your situation to discover what you want in life and learn how to use your voice to feel heard and seen. 


I believe that you are the expert on your own life, so the goals of therapy will be unique to you. I provide a calm, safe space for you to explore your values and clarify your goals to help you live the life you want.
